1. Wholesale Partnership Agreement

By contacting Khushboo Jewellers for wholesale partnership, you agree to provide accurate business information and maintain professional business conduct in all communications and transactions. These terms govern your wholesale relationship with us.

2. Product Quality & Certification

All our silver jewellery is certified 925 sterling silver with BIS hallmark. We guarantee the quality and purity of our products:

• 100% certified 925 sterling silver
• BIS hallmark on all eligible products
• Quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• Certification documentation provided with bulk orders

3. Pricing & Order Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Minimum order quantities may apply for wholesale pricing
• Prices are subject to change based on silver market rates
• Custom design orders require advance discussion and approval
• Bulk order discounts available for larger quantities
• Price quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified otherwise

4. Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods for wholesale orders:

• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• UPI payments for smaller orders
• Payment terms to be discussed and agreed before processing
• Advance payment may be required for first-time orders
• Credit terms available for established partners (subject to approval)

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on order quantity and customization
• Standard delivery: 7-15 business days for regular orders
• Custom orders: 15-30 business days depending on complexity
• Shipping costs calculated based on destination and order size
• Secure packaging provided for all jewellery items
• Tracking information provided for all shipments
• Insurance available for high-value shipments

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of wholesale jewellery business:

• Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects
• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be in original condition with tags intact
• Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective
• Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product is defective

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, patterns, and creative works are the intellectual property of Khushboo Jewellers. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our designs is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Khushboo Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion. If resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
